Building on the success of their inaugural co-presentation in 2021, The Bentway and Exhibition Place team up again to welcome Torontonians behind the concrete at a new large-scale art commission, set inside a massive storage chamber under the Gardiner Expressway.
Inspired by the water systems that have shaped Toronto, Confluence invites visitors to flow through an engrossing convergence of natural and human-made forces. The picnic table, a familiar fixture in parks across the city, contorts into a dynamic sculptural installation; twirling, cascading, and cresting to evoke Toronto’s buried, lost rivers.

Some nights host live acoustic music with every Friday/Saturday night after dark the pumpkin patch turns into a dance floor with a live DJ!​
Halloween Haunt (Now-October 30th)
This fall, Halloween Haunt returns to Canada’s Wonderland with a sinister transformation, turning the theme park into a scream park filled with Halloween attractions that offer unforgettable thrills and unspeakable horror.

Pumpkins After Dark (Now-October 30th)
Explore the magical pathway of lit pumpkin sculptures and displays, with music, sounds and special effects. With classic Halloween characters, dinosaurs and dragons, movie and pop culture icons – this family friendly event has something for everyone. Make Pumpkins After Dark your new annual tradition!
Toronto’s Legends of Horror Forever Fest (Now-October 31st)
Now in its seventh year, Casa Loma will transform into what nightmares are made of and celebrate all things Halloween starting this month.
Experience the two-kilometre walking trail that takes you through the ultimate darkness, dimly lit tunnels, and some of the most haunted spaces you can imagine. Walk past ghoulish characters as you make your way through the gardens, down to the basement of the historic castle and apparently haunted stables.
Toronto Pumpkinfest (October 8th-23rd)
PumpkinFest Toronto is the place to be thanksgiving weekend! This annual festival takes place across multiple dates this October at Downsview Park.
The family friendly event is loaded with fun! Kiddy midway, Trackless trains, Photo ops, Games, Inflatable Corn Maze, Food trucks, Entertainment, Vendors, Pumpkin patch and features performances by the President’s Choice SuperDogs.
ImagineNATIVE Film Festival (October 18th-30th)
At its core, imagineNATIVE’s mandate is to respect story in every form: the integrity, intention and perspective of artists as channelled through screen-based storytelling. Over the past two decades, imagineNATIVE has played a crucial role in promoting Indigenous-made media by developing platforms for artists to assert their voice, express their perspectives and share their cultures.
Following these successes for film, our next step is creating an ecosystem where new media practitioners can experiment and thrive. This means creating opportunities for maximum inclusion across the spectrum of media, building capacity within interactive programming and cultivating talent through professional and creative development initiatives.
CineFAM Film Festival returns for its 6th year of celebrating limitless imagination & bold, original film stories by Canadian women and non-binary creators of colour!
This year we are heading back to the CINEMA! Join us on October 22 & 23 for nights of premieres, special screenings, talkbacks and Q&As!
Halloween Food Truck Festival (October 29th-30th)
Join Canadian Food Truck Festivals and Variety the Children’s Charity for a family friendly, accessible Halloween. This outdoor festival will take place on Saturday, October 29 from 12pm to 8pm & Sunday, October 30 from 12pam to 6pm at Variety Village.
