Toronto Christmas Market at the Distillery District: November 28 to December 21

The Toronto Christmas Market runs from November 28th to December 21st at the Distillery District and it’s rated as one of the top 10 Christmas markets in the world, by Fodor’s and USA Today!
Among the attractions are a 45 foot tall Christmas tree, a Ferris Wheel, life-sized gingerbread house, photos with Santa and of course, shopping.
This year’s vendors include The Nutty Bavarian, Rock’n’Roll Waffles (described on the website as “Deep fried Belgian waffles battered in Cap’n Crunch, smothered in chocolate, caramel and bacon bits, topped with butterscotch ripple ice cream”. So the Ex doesn’t have a monopoly on unusual food offerings. Merci chocolate will also be there as will Dutch Products (hopefully they have Stroop Waffles – they are delicious).
