Top Brunch In TO By Neighbourhood – Airbnb Rules Changing – Detached Home in Seaton Village
June 16, 2017
Welcome to my June email newsletter!
The last few weeks have seen a definite change in the Toronto housing market which is a result of more properties being on the market along with the implementation of the Ontario government’s Fair Housing Plan. More choice is great for buyers because it means less competition when bidding on a home and it means that house price increases slow depending on your neighbourhood of choice. If you’ve been holding off on thinking of buying, now is a good time to get pre-approved for a mortgage and make a move.
Father’s Day is right around the corner! If you’re looking for ideas on what to do, check out the article below, plus the city’s top 30 brunches by neighbourhood.
Don’t miss this month’s listings – they’re very different properties, but both spectacular! One of them just sold but I thought you’d want to see the pictures since it’s so special. It’s a fully renovated true hard loft in Cabbagetown in the Evening Telegram Lofts… the other is a 1912 semi-detached home in Seaton Village; one of the city’s most desirable neighbourhoods due to its prime location and sought after schools.
Happy Pride and Happy Canada Day!
