Happy October! It seems that more people than ever are getting into the Halloween spirit and there are events happening all month, including some immersive events north of the city. Check out the link below for October events to watch out for.
I hate to repeat myself, but when it comes to the city’s real estate market, we are seeing more of the same: fewer listings (which naturally results in fewer sales) and higher prices. Condos are again leading the pack with sales up 16% over September 2020. Keep in mind that September of last year was a bit slower due to the pandemic. The number of listings were high and suites weren’t selling as quickly as sellers had hoped. So, saying sales are up 16% year over year just means things have normalized a bit.
