Nuit Blanche: October 4
September 23, 2014
Nuit Blanche takes over the streets of Toronto on October 4th, from 6:53pm to sunrise!
Did you know that there are over 20 other Nuit Blanche events across the world? There are art events from Amsterdam to Kyoto. This is the ninth year that the event takes place in Toronto.
In addition to the art happening on the 4th, there are also talks, including a conversation with artists Maximo Gonzalez and Ivan Buenader on September 30th titled Walking Between Worlds – Navigating Issues of Migration and Exchange as well as 3 others.
While it can be hard to choose what to see and do, they have a very handy mobile website will be launched on September 29th to help you navigate your evening.
Exhibitions are taking place at the usual hotspots – along Queen West from University to Dufferin, along Spadina from Richmond to Dundas, but there’s a lot happening at Garrison Common, including Melting Point, which matches cannons with harps and waves.
