I hope you are enjoying spring! With patios opening up, cherry blossoms at their peak and shorts weather on the horizon, it will be a welcome relief to a long winter as we enter what is, hopefully, the tail end of the pandemic.

The spring housing market has been a little unusual this year. Normally we see sales ramping up after March break, but it appears that our peak happened in February. Sales are down by volume, though prices still remain higher than they were in January. Some buyers are simply hitting the pause button to see what happens. You’ll find full market news below.
