I know we are all eagerly anticipating spring and everything the warmer weather will bring such as CafeTO patios, parks and sunshine. In the meantime, the city has moved into the grey zone as of Monday.

Toronto’s real estate market continues to set records. Sales were up in every sector, with condo sales up by 63.2% compared to last February and semi-detached sales up by 64.8%. Clearly, there is confidence in the market!
