Despite the cold weather, the spring market is becoming active – the problem is that there isn’t a lot of inventory on the market as compared to the number of potential buyers. I have an article below that details a couple of recent bidding wars.

The cold weather means no end to comfort foods and in my opinion, nothing quite matches mac and cheese, so I’ve got a link to Toronto’s best.
Sadly, yet another heritage building is being torn down to make way for condos. As designed, the proposed building is a little more interesting than all the glass towers going up, but it’s still a shame.
