Have you had a chance to visit a patio yet? Check out the list of the city’s best new patios taking advantage of the CaféTO program! It would be great if this initiative sticks around! More on that, along with some news about changes coming to The Bentway (who knew so much could happen under the Gardiner?) and the city’s best July events.
As for the market, the sales numbers released by TRREB aren’t quite as dramatic as they have been the past few months, but the average price of a detached home in Toronto is now $1,699,881, up over 29% from June 2020. The numbers don’t tell the whole story, though. Check out my latest blog for my take on the market.
