Happy New Year and welcome to my January email newsletter!
The Toronto real estate market was unpredictable in 2017; between interest rate hikes, the Fair Housing Act and new mortgage regulations, it was challenging to keep up with all the changes. Hopefully 2018 is a little calmer – below is a piece from BuzzBuzzHome with their predictions for the year.
