Welcome to my February newsletter!
The real estate market is off to quite the start this year; prices are continuing to climb with there being an abundance of home buyers and sellers being hesitant to put their homes on the market without knowing where they are moving to. It’s a classic example of supply and demand and as long as we have such a drastic shortage of homes on the market, prices will continue to exceed expectations!
