Remember what you said in February about not complaining about the heat this summer? Keep that in mind for the next two weeks – it was the hottest July in Toronto on record and another record might be set this month.
Another record set in July – home sales! Pent up demand, more available listings and low interest rates combined resulted in a record 11,000 home sales in the GTA. For more market news, check out the piece below as well as my latest blog, which details what I’m seeing personally.
Although it’s not the 2020 we were expecting, there have been some positives to come out of the pandemic. You’ll find that article below.
I also have four featured listings! Two are well-priced one bedroom suites, one in the East and one in the West, both in great locations. The other two are one bedroom units for lease. Rents have been going down in Toronto, this is a great opportunity to lock in at a good price!
