It’s official – ground has been broken and construction on the Ontario Line will begin soon. If all goes according to plan, the line will run from Ontario Place to the Science Centre and be up and running in 2030, though I wouldn’t place a bet on that. Judging by the artist renderings, the stations looks pretty cool!! Scroll down for the link.

The market slowed down a little in March – sales were down compared to March 2021 and down even slightly from this February. Between rising interest rates, changes to COVID restrictions, fluctuations in the stock market and the war in Ukraine, there is a lot of uncertainty resulting in some people sitting on the sidelines until things settle down. One thing did not change – prices are still up year over year with the average price of a semi in Toronto up by an even 20% and the average price of a property in Toronto is $1.3 million.
