Brian’s all about Toronto; he lives in the heart of it and he loves it! As an award winning full time real estate sales representative with Royal LePage, Brian has been successfully matching clients to homes, condos and lofts within many of the eclectic and diverse Toronto neighbourhoods since 1991. One of Brian’s favorite things about Toronto is that it’s always evolving and so, making sure he keeps up with the changes to the city is key to the success of Brian’s clients when entering and strategizing a sale within Toronto’s competitive real estate market. Gentrification, socio demographic movement, new builds, conversions, city “hot spots” and “where not’s”… it’s all good to know!

Over the years, Brian has also developed a successful team approach that guarantees your needs are handled immediately; whether you’re buying or selling a home. He co-ordinates and oversees all facets of your transaction so that your home sale or purchase goes smoothly from beginning to end.

On a personal note, Brian’s in his early 40’s (although he looks way younger) and he shares his life with his partner and their cat Ella who thinks she's a dog. For Brian, the goal to a happy life is balance and, of course, being in real estate it’s hard sometimes to find that happy medium. Thankfully, with the support of Leslie and Eric from his team, he has the opportunity to work in his ‘sweet spot’, do what he loves best and be with who he loves most.
